Information we process

• Information submitted through the pilot and contact forms (name, work email, company, role, use case, message).
• Non-identifying request metadata used to operate the site.
• No biometric images from the interactive demo are transmitted to BioTrust servers. All image quality metrics are computed in your browser.

How we use it

Submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate pilot fit and keep you informed about progress. We do not sell contact information.

Retention

Submissions are retained for the duration of the conversation and the pilot evaluation period, after which they may be deleted upon request.
